Waited for 2 hours. Nowhere to find help. I had to pick up myself. Food was cold and soggy. Worst experience ever! I want my money back

All the food was cold, didn’t receive two of the items and then that was also freezing cold, honestly it is a joke

The portion sizes were very cold compared to when eating in the restaurant and the food arrived cold and had to be reheated in the microwave which made the katsu less crispy. The amount of sauce in particular was no where near enough.
